Tri-Bot and Wrex the Dawg - WowWee’s Two Newest And Coolest Robots (Video)

WowWee, a known company manufacturing different kinds of toys just launched two of their newest robot models.

The two amazing robots are named as Tri-Bot and Wrex the Dawg.

Tri-Bot is a joke telling interactive robot that comes with built-in games. Pattern, Minefield and Maze are just some of the games that can be played using the Tri-Bot. As you can notice, all this games include movements and proper directions. That is because Tri-Bot is a unique three wheeled mobile robot with complete movement in all directions. In playing with the Tri-Bot, the user can guide the robot with the correct directions using a remote control. No buttons are needed to be pressed in the remote, all you have to do is tilt the remote and then, that kind of motion is converted into infrared commands which can be understood by the robot. An advanced tilt sensor is used for the process.

This robot with an animated face is specified with a tri-wheel omni directional base, three motors, three infrared sensors, arms that can be posed, a speaker and an LED indicator. Tri-Bot needs to have 8 AA batteries and for the remote, 3 AAA batteries will do.

The second robot that you will also find amazing is the Wrex the Dawg. It is a robotic junkyard dog that looks like it was made from various spare parts of machines. It has two legs in front and two wheels at the back that enable it to move around your place in autonomous mode. It can also be controlled using the same remote control used by the tri-Bot.

Wrex The Dawg can drive you fanatical with its three modes of behavior. It can be happy, angry or crazy. It is also featured with three bodily desires, exercise, hunger and poop. Other movements that can be done by this robot include panting like a real dog, twitching its ears, wagging its tail and turning its head. it needs 8 C and 2 AA batteries. For the remote, 3 AAA batteries are needed.
